The current version of SIS uses the FOFEM 5.2. Since the last release of SIS, FOFEM was updated to version 5.5, which included a change in the input interface. As a result, SIS and FOFEM 5.5 are not compatible. In order to get SIS to run, you must use FOFEM 5.2. Below is a copy of the FOFEM 5.2 executable.
